Forrest Griffin was born in Columbus Ohio on July 1, 1979. In addition to being a popular mix martial arts master, who competes in the UFC, Griffin is also an accomplished author. He is a previous holder of the UFC light heavyweight championship title, and currently holds a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Brown belt which he attained through training with the venerable Cameron Diffley.
